01Introduction

These Terms & Policies govern your use of the kazisrealcon website, its listings and the services offered by KaziÆs Realcon Private Limited ("kazisrealcon", "we", "us"). By using the website or contacting an advisor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

02Use of the website

You may use the website to search, view and enquire about properties for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish listings, photographs or content without written permission;
• post false, misleading or duplicate information about a property or yourself;
• use the website to send spam, harass other users or advertise unrelated services;
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data that you are not authorised to access.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaches these rules.

03Listings and verification

Property details, prices and availability are provided by owners, builders and our advisors. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate, but they may change without notice and do not form an offer or contract.

A listing marked "Verified" has been visited by our team and its basic ownership documents and RERA registration (where applicable) have been checked. Verification is not a legal title opinion. We recommend that every buyer carries out an independent legal check before making any payment.

Area figures, floor plans and photographs are indicative. Please confirm measurements and specifications during the site visit and in the sale or lease agreement.

04Brokerage and fees

Listings posted directly by owners carry no brokerage for buyers or tenants. Where an advisor manages a purchase, sale or rental on your behalf, the service fee is agreed in writing before the first site visit.

Fees are payable only on the terms stated in that written agreement. kazisrealcon does not collect token amounts, booking amounts or deposits on behalf of owners unless this is expressly agreed in writing.

05Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. This may include your name, mobile number, email address, city, the properties you view and messages you send us.

We use this information to:

• contact you about properties and services you have asked about;
• arrange site visits with owners and builders;
• improve our listings and website;
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We share your details with an owner, builder, bank or legal partner only when it is needed for the service you have requested. We do not sell your personal data. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@kazisrealcon.com.

06Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to keep it working, such as remembering saved properties and search filters on your device. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how pages are used, in aggregate.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as saved properties, may not work without them.

07Calls and messages

When you submit an enquiry, you agree that a kazisrealcon advisor may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry, even if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to info@kazisrealcon.com.

08Limitation of liability

kazisrealcon acts as an intermediary between buyers, tenants, owners and builders. We are not a party to any sale, lease or construction agreement and are not responsible for the performance of those agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or reliance on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

09Intellectual property

The kazisrealcon name, logo, website design and original content belong to KaziÆs Realcon Private Limited Photographs and descriptions supplied by owners and builders remain their property and are used with permission.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

11Grievance officer and contact

For questions or complaints about these terms, your personal data or a listing, please contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
